The Bulldogs ended the season on top of the ladder and won the right to have the first week of the finals off.
They will come into the match fresh, while their opponents, the reigning A-grade champions won their way through to the semi-final after defeating White Hills last weekend.
This season North Bendigo has won both of its games against Colbinabbin.
The game will be played at White Hills on Saturday.
In the first semi-final, Mount Pleasant will face-off against White Hills.
Mounts coach Anthea Griffin said her team took some confidence out of last weekend’s physical and high intensity match.
“White Hills have some very experienced finals players in their team and a defence line up I rate as one of the strongest in the league,” she said.
“It won't be easy but if we play our best netball I'm sure we can get the win.”
The first semi-final will be played at Gunbower Recreation Reserve on Sunday afternoon.
