WITH the council constantly stating that the plans for the new Aquatic Centre at Kangaroo Flat are so advanced that it cannot be changed to incorporate the much used and well-persevered Browning Street hall, can someone in council please advise why they continually keep saying nothing is set in concrete with other projects and that things change all the time?
