Mr Elder's cooking has been described by The Age Good Food Guide as "comforting but refined modern Italian dishes" and he will be utilising exemplary North-Eastern Victorian produce combined with standout producers of the local region.
The long, slow feast event is informal and created specifically to bring family and friends together to enjoy an afternoon of multiple shared courses where each is replenished as the previous dish is devoured.
Tickets cost $85 per person and include three shared courses, Italian-inspired aperitif and guests' selection of a glass of white and Italian wine.
