The Bulldogs, who have yet to lose a game in 2014, took on the Grasshopers on Saturday afternoon.
Colbinabbin came out firing in what was a high scoring first quarter.
Nothing separated the two teams in the second and third quarters with the scores remaining level.
However, North Bendigo managed to outscore Colbinabbin by two goals in the final 15 minutes of play to win its 11th straight game.
The final score was 53 to 51.
North Bendigo remain in first position, 10 points clear of the second-placed Colbinabbin.
Mount Pleasant also had a big win in its round 13 Heathcote and District Netball Association game.
Mounts defeated Heathcote 68 to 12 to move into third position on the ladder.
White Hills won its eighth game of the season, defeating Huntly by 22 goals.
The final score was 46 to 24.
Leitchville-Gunbower also had a close win over Elmore.
Leitchville overcame a four goal deficit at three quarter time to win by two goals in a dramatic final quarter.
The final score was 34 to 32.
Leitchville now sit in sixth position with five games remaining this season.
