At just 11, Liam will be one of the city's youngest to compete at world championship level in Belgium.
The talented youngster will be Bendigo's first to do so in August.
It's taken many hours of practice by Liam and commitment by his parents to reach such a high level on the motocross circuit.
No matter where he finishes on the track, Liam is going to enjoy the ride leading up to and throughout the titles.
"It is an opportunity of a life-time," Liam's proud dad Craig said on Tuesday.
The road to Belgium will not be a smooth one as the Andrews family continues fundraising for the titles campaign.
A ride day at the Toolleen circuit on July 19 will also help cover some of the costs.
You can help make the ride not so rocky by donating to Liam's fundraiser, details are on page 46 of Wednesday's edition of the Bendigo Advertiser.
This trip to Belgium may be the first of many Liam will make as he strives to add to the Bendigo region's achievements in all sorts of sport.
