Teams from Golden City, Bendigo-Strathdale, Heathcote District and the Bendigo Football Netball League will play in Mildura on June 1, aiming to win through to the state finals in Melbourne.
They are among 34 teams from 12 associations contesting the carnival in 13-under, 15-under and 17-under age groups.
Netball Victoria northern regional manager Pam Ferrari said talent scouts would be looking out for promising 15-under players at the tournament to invite to join the Northern Zone Academy.
"This is virtually the first rung on the ladder to elite netball," she said.
Talented umpires and coaches can also be identified for inclusion in the NV pathway program.
This is the 15th year the association championships have been held, with qualifying events in six zones over coming weeks.
To mark the Mildura event, Lumo Energy will provide $500 to the winning 15-under squad, to be used for uniforms and equipment.
The finals, including Open division, will be played at the State Netball Hockey Centre on June 29.
