The team of 10 will take on the Geelong District Football Netball League as part of the Worksafe AFL Victoria Country Championships on May 24.
The team includes five players from 2014 ladder-leaders Natte Bealiba with the team to be led by playing-coach Ingrid Hopkins.
Hayley Jones from Newstead has also been named the team manager.
Swans players Ashlee McClelland, Jasmine Coleman, Eboni Knights and Toni Weir will suit up for the annual clash.
Last year's MCDFNL's A-grade permiers Navarre have two players named in the side, Jess Parry and Jess Williamson will play.
Dunolly defender Ashlee Lierich, Royal Park’s Giuliana Sutton and Maryborough Rovers’ Madison Davis have also been selected in the team.
The team is expected to have their final training session in the lead up to the game next week.
The players will be presented with their Inter-League dresses at the MCDFNL’s jumper presentation night on May 22 at the Park Hotel in Maryborough.
Last year the Maryborough Castlemaine side won its inter-league clash with the Picola District South.
The team won by a massive 48 goals.
