The service is a specialist provider of unique accommodation, attendant care and in-home services to individuals with acquired brain injuries, other disabilities or complex conditions and others leaving hospital requiring extra support at home.
It says that due to the reduced service demands for two facilities within a small radius, Bendigo House will be closed over the coming weeks.
Strathdale House will remain fully operational.
The team at Bendigo House say they will work with the small number of existing clients and their families to find suitable alternate accommodation.
"As part of the strategic decision we will work with our employees from Bendigo House to assist, where possible, to find suitable redeployment opportunities within our broader business," Healthscope said today.
