Loddon Campaspe Community Legal Centre's Caroline Granger and Deakin University research fellow Elyse Warner will present the discussion about "adult kids who return home and what to do when they behave badly".
The "Boomerang Generation" is a term applied to young adults who, despite periods of living away from the family home, return to their family of origin.
Ms Granger and Ms Warner will aim to debunk stereotypes and misconceptions about the relationships between "Boomerang" kids and their parents.
They will also discuss different strategies families can use to help improve the cohabitation experience as well as how to fix bad situations and possible legal remedies.
The discussion is sponsored by the Bendigo and Districts Aboriginal Co-operative in conjunction with Senior Rights Victoria.
Entry is free and some catering will be provided.
Law Week runs from May 12 to 18. For more information visit www.everydaw-law.org.au/law-week
