Hailey Calvert and Benny Walker will entertain riders with their sounds on Sunday.
Calvert's performances are highlighted by her captivating voice and raw sound.
“Hailey Calvert is my favourite Australian vocalist. She’s a young lady whose songs are honest and emotive, performed with a voice that will absolutely melt your heart," Bendigo Blues Tram MC Colin Thompson said.
“Hailey has flown down from Brisbane for this weekend, just to play some gigs here in Bendigo, and then she’s flying straight back on Monday.
"I’d like to think this is one of the many signs we’re seeing that Bendigo has re-emerged as a worthwhile destination for artists on the wider music scene.”
Benny Walker hails from central Victoria and has been performing since age 12.
With a strong background in blues and folk music, this roots musician has a great acoustic sound.
“Benny Walker has performed at the Bendigo Blues and Roots Music Festival with his magnificent band the last two years and he really is the goods," Mr Thompson said.
"He’s a prolific songwriter, a genuine shredder on the guitar; he’s well travelled and accomplished, but is incredibly grounded and humble.”
Mr Thompson said the trams were a great showcase of Bendigo.
“Being able to share the talents of artists is one of the great privileges afforded to us, having re-established a healthy live music scene here in central Victoria," he said.
The Mother's Day blues tram departs Central Deborah Gold Mine from 2pm and returns about 4.15pm.
Tickets cost $35 and available from Bendigo Visitors Centre on 5434 6060.
