A man who allegedly fled a car crash leaving behind a dead passenger in Victoria’s northern alps on Saturday has been charged.
Victoria Police have charged John Paul Cole, 35, with culpable driving, dangerous driving causing death, fail to stop and fail to render assistance.
Three people are in a stable condition in Calvary Hospital with possible death cap mushroom poisoning, which they claim was from mushrooms bought at Dickson Woolworths.
The three claim the source of the poisoning was from mushrooms purchased at the store about April 17.
