The price should be no problem for the star of the successful Modern Family sitcom. Forbes has ranked the Colombian-born Vergara the highest paid TV actor for the past two years, raking in about $US30 million for the 2012/13 financial year alone.
The three-storey mansion in the celebrity-studded 90210 postcode includes seven bedrooms, 11 bathrooms, formal and informal living areas, a movie theatre, cellar and tasting room, gym and sauna, as well as accommodation for two maids set on landscaped grounds with a swimming pool and spa.
Vergara is engaged to businessman Nick Loeb, who is related to the founders of Lehman Brothers.
