The Victorian team finished strongly, winning the prestigious tournament by eight points against Western Australia.
The final score was 6.9.45 to 4.9.33.
Bendigo's Patrick Hancock and Newstead's Tensae McLaren was a part of the nine-person side Victorian team.
McLaren was named among the best players for the All Nations team in the final while Hancock also played strongly across the tournament.
Coached by former AFL player David Rodan the team played seven games in the round-robin tournament only losing one in the preliminary rounds.
Kangaroo Flat's Coen Cooper was also a part of the Victorian Kickstart squad.
The Kickstart team lost in the preliminary final.
A number of players from both the All Nations and Kickstart teams are expected to be named in the Flying Boomerangs and World teams.
Both teams are set to compete at the under-16 national championships.
