The Bendigo trio will travel to West Lakes in Adelaide for the five-day event.
It will be the fifth national championship in a row for Mann.
The 18-year-old will now compete in the open age category.
“As usual I am nervous heading into a big race like this, but you get through it,” Mann said.
“This will be my first nationals in the open category so I am expecting to not do as well as what I am used to as a junior, but you never know.”
The championships also double as the 2014 senior team selection.
Mann is aiming to be selected in the Australian senior team for this year's world titles.
Three weeks ago Mann also competed at the Oceania championships.
She won in the K2 500m and K4 500m and was selected to compete in the under-23 world championships in Hungary in July.
For 12-year-olds Douglass and Jones, this will be the first time the they will compete on the national stage.
The pair, will both compete in the under-14s category, and both are excited about competing.
Bendigo Canoe Club president Andrew Morrall said he had high hopes for Douglass and Jones.
“It will be a great experience for them. They have another year in their age group, so this event is all about experience. They will learn a lot,” he said.
The championships begin on Wednesday.
