The light-heavyweight boxers will feature on the card at the Pianto Boxing Academy-promoted event at Truscott Reserve.
Shane, 22, has won his previous two contests.
He won on points on debut at Doncaster and followed-up with a first-round knockout in Corowa.
Andrew, 24, is warming up for his second bout.
The brothers started boxing training with Frank Pianto in Kangaroo Flat six months ago.
"We were looking to do fitness training and took a liking to boxing," Shane said.
After training two or three times a week the workouts have upped to daily with Piano and Jared Kum Too.
"I am looking forward to a contest near home," said Shane.
Andrew said a focus in training had been on in-close jabs.
"I am up against taller opponents, so it's important to get in close and win points that way," said Andrew, who works in the family business, Quickspan Patios and Pergolas.
"It will be great to be fighting with family and friends watching."
Tickets for Saturday's event are $20 and available to the door at the Murdock Street stadium. Doors open at 6pm.
