Stephanie Warren pleaded guilty to driving offences in the Bendigo Magistrates Court on Thursday.
Warren was picked up by an automatic number plate recognition system on February 3.
The court heard her licence was cancelled at the time.
The court heard Warren had not completed a drug driving course after being caught driving while on ice in 2012.
Warren told the court she did not have an issue with drugs but had been in a "bad place at a bad time".
She was convicted and fined $1500 plus costs.
