Good morning Bendigo. We wake to news of another fatality in central Victoria, after a woman was killed when her car veered off the road and hit a tree in Archdale near Maryborough. More here

It follows a four-person fatality near Elmore on Saturday night. 

In brighter news, the Bendigo Spirit were crowned reigning premiers last night. The Spirit outlasted the Townsville Fire 94-83 in a grand final of the highest quality at Bendigo Stadium. Watch our video here

Truck driver in hospital 

A truck driver in his 20s was trapped inside his vehicle after it rolled in Rochester about 4pm. The accident occurred on Bonn Road. No injuries could be confirmed. 

Alleged indecent assault

Kyneton police questioned a 35-year-old man in relation to an indecent assault at Woodend train station on Sunday afternoon.
