Samuel this year travelled the country "on a very unpractical unicycle" to help conquer breast cancer - a disease his sister Connie is fighting.
Throughout the trip, he raised almost $1.5 million to help find a cure for cancer and broke a new Guinness World Record when he rode 15,955 kilometres in 364 days.
He passed through Bendigo in January, where he was greeted by almost one hundred local supporters.
He's hoping even more people will come and celebrate with him in March.
“I’ve met some really amazing cancer survivors during this journey and some of the most inspirational have been from Bendigo," Samuel said.
“It was fantastic to see the community get behind Love Your Sister in such a big way during my last visit and I hope many more will turn out to party with Connie and I."
Samuel is backed by Bendigo Bank, with the bank's Lauren Andrews encouraging people to attend the event.
“We’re throwing a party for Sam and Connie to celebrate their achievements and help raise a few more dollars for the Garvan Institute," she said.
“It will be a great night out with live entertainment from bands Magna Mouse and Spies Like Us, a silent auction with some great offers, beer, wine, soft drink and canapés."
The Love Your Sister Bendigo cocktail party will be at The Exchange on March 8 from 7.30pm.
Tickets cost $90 and can be purchased in any Bendigo Bank branch in Bendigo or online.
