RSPCA Victoria is in a bid to find hundreds of cats loving homes after a massive influx following kitten season.

In the past two weeks, RSPCA Victoria has received more than 170 cats into their shelters across the state.
RSPCA Victoria will be waiving the usual adoption fees ($85) for adult cats and will offer customers the opportunity to decide how much they are willing to donate to adopt a cat.
The ‘I Heart Cats’ campaign runs from today through to February 2 across all of the RSPCA Victoria adoption centres.
Bendigo RSPCA Supervisor, Mike Goodwin says the centre was hoping to receive a reasonable donation.
"We've got some really nice cats available for adoption at the moment," he said.
RSPCA Victoria shelter services manager Liz Walker says many people bought a kitten without really think about what it meant long-term.
"People think kittens are cuter than cats but many people don't realize that a cat may be a better choice than a kitten," she said.
