Although it has won 14 A-grade premierships in a row, the Bendigo Baseball Association power is facing a crisis off the diamond.
No nominations for the Falcons executive were lodged for last month's annual general meeting.
Not even a call for nominations from the floor for the presidency, vice-presidency, secretary's or treasurer's positions could resolve the executive shortage.
A re-scheduled annual general meeting will be held on Wednesday from 7pm at the Borough Club.
Falcons secretary Melissa Wild said on Tuesday the lack of nominees for executive positions was of great concern.
"The club celebrated its 50th birthday last season, has more than 40 life members, and is the most successful club in Bendigo," Wild said.
Letters have been sent to life members detailing the club's plight.
"Some of the long-time members on the club executive are looking to take a break," Wild said.
"It's important that some of the younger members of the club take on an off-field role with the club."
On the diamond, Falcons was represented in A-grade, B-grade, C-grade, under-16, under-14 and under-12 last season.
The club also had two teams in the T-ball competition.
Past or present members able to join the club's executive can contact Melissa Ward on 0448 441 854 or via the club's facebook page.
