The Victorian innings was led by Lee Stockdale, 59, and Strathdale-Maristians coach and top-order batsman Cameron Taylor.
Batting at six in this clash, Taylor hit off 50 off 51 balls. His innings included three fours.
Strathdale-Maristians team-mate Travis King opened Victoria Country's innings, but was dismissed on eight.
An unbeaten stand of 93 between Rodney Ford, 62 not out, and Julian Crudeli, 45 not out, guided WA to victory in the 46th over.
Jackson Fry took two wickets. Taylor finished with 0-36 in WA's score of 4-245.
Victoria Country, which has a 1-3 record at the Commbank-backed titles, plays East Asia Pacific in Tuesday's Twenty20 match at Kippax 1 in Holt.
