Wiggle Honda dominated throughout the four rounds which began in Geelong and rolled on to Portarlington and then Sunday's finale at Williamstown.
Italian ace Giorgia Bronzini led the team's charge.
A dual world champion, Bronzini won three of the four legs and became the first overseas cyclist to win the women's criterium series.
Top five in the series standings were Bronzini, 46 points, Annette Edmonson (Orica-AIS) 34, Tiffany Cromwell (Specialized Securitor) 30, Chloe Hosking (Roxsolt) 30, and Gracie Elvin (Jayco National Team) 23.
In the race for sprint honours, Mullens scored 11 points.
Next best were Valentina Scandolra (Orica-AIS), Lizzie Williams (Specialized Securitor), and Linda Villumsen (Wiggle Honda) on six points.
