Gill's mark of 28.07m is a new 60-plus record.
Mitchell's best of 48.61m broke her previous under-16s record.
South Bendigo's Liam Campbell hurled the hammer 32.47m at the La Trobe University Bendigo athletics complex in Flora Hill for an under-14s record.
The medley relay of 200m, 200m, 400m and 800m legs included record feats by the Harriers under-17 and under-14 boys.
