The Victorian squad , which included Strathdale-Maristians all-rounder Tayla Vlaeminck, suffered a 70-run loss to New South Wales in Tuesday's final.
The Vics had finished the round-robin preliminary matches on top of the ladder, but couldn't replicate that form in the final.
Their preliminary round form included a victory over New South Wales in round one.
New South Wales made 9-153 off its 40 overs before dismissing Victoria for 83 inside 25 overs.
Vlaeminck, who only started playing cricket competitively this yearr, was predominantly used as a bowler throughout the tournament.
The tall medium-pacer had an eye-catching performance in Victoria's round seven thrashing of the ACT.
Vlaeminck claimed 2-14 off four overs, took two catches and had two run outs.
Vlaeminck finished the carnival with figures of 3-81 off 18 overs, while she only batted twice and had a highest score of four.
Vlaeminck will return to club action against the boys this weekend.
The talented teen plays for Strathdale-Maristians' under-15A side.
