Facebook sex rate page creator re-sentenced
A MAN who set up a sexually degrading Facebook page about Bendigo teens with his brother has been sentenced to an 18-month Community Corrections Order (CCO).

David McRory fronted a Bendigo court this afternoon, appealing his original four-month jail term handed down in August this year.
He was re-sentenced to three CCO's with an effective total of 18-months and must also complete 140 hours of unpaid community service.
The page, "Bendaz Root Rate", encouraged people to rate the sexual performance of past partners and included sexually explicit and degrading comments about girls as young as 13.
