POLICE believe a ute that crashed into a Flora Hill house was not being driven during its down hill escapade.
They suspect a white ute was parked and unoccupied on Houlahan Street when its handbrake failed.

The ute then rolled down a hill, through trees and someone's fence before smashing into someone's garage.
It came to a stop when it hit the corner of the house.
One person was home at the time but was in another part of the house.
An SES crew has been assessing the damage.
The incident happened some time around 12.30pm.
