2. Gavin Bowles (White Hills) - the Demons' veteran just keeps on keeping on and has moved up from No.3 to open the batting for White Hills over the past four games. Passed 50 for the first time this season, but fell just short of what would have been a 14^th career century with his 96 in the Demons' loss to Golden Square.

3. Liam Smith (Golden Square) - the Bulldogs' skipper led from the front as his side recovered from 2-10 chasing White Hills' 5-202 to win by five wickets with five balls to spare. Held the innings together at No.3 with 90 - his third half century of the season - while also had the clamps on the Demons earlier with his 1-21 off nine overs with his leg spin.

4. Tim Wood (Strathfieldsaye) - anchored the Jets' successful run-chase against Sandhurst at Tannery Lane with an unbeaten 70 off 92 balls. Has been a welcome addition back at the Jets this season with 237 runs at an average of 47.4.

5. Cameron Taylor (Strathdale-Maristians) - familiar name in the Team of the Week for the player who is the new leader in the Addy BDCA MVP rankings. A double of 70 with the bat, which included 10 fours, and 2-27 with the ball, including the scalp of Jeremy Brown.

6. Grant Waldron (Strathdale-Maristians) - back in the Suns' side from COVID protocols and despite having been six weeks since his last hit showed no rust at all. A classy 62 n.o. off 45 balls that was laced with six boundaries and three sixes after coming in at 2-153 and kept the Suns' runs flowing against Eaglehawk.

7. Ash Gray (Sandhurst) - this week's wicket-keeper for his effort in the Dragons' six-wicket loss to Strathfieldsaye. Best known for his explosive hitting, Gray had to play within himself to try to keep the Sandhurst innings together and finished with 47 n.o. off 78 balls.

8. Ben Devanny (Strathfieldsaye) - earns a berth for his economical spell in his side's victory over Sandhurst. Sent down nine overs for a measly 2-11 that included four maidens and the top-order wickets of Anthony McMahon and Jasper Langley.

9. Ben Yarwood (Sandhurst) - Sandhurst only took four wickets in its loss to Strathfieldsaye, but it was Yarwood who claimed all of them to finish with the round's second-best figures. Bowling second-change, snared 4-30 from his nine overs, three of which were unassisted wickets on what was his best outing in a first XI game so far in his career.

10. Bailey Goodwin (Bendigo) - took his first five-wicket haul in a first XI game for Bendigo as the Goers routed Kangaroo Flat for just 62 at Atkins Street. Didn't take just wickets though, he gave the Roos few scoring opportunities as his 5-13 off nine overs attests.

11. Jack Pysing (Strathdale-Maristians) - memorable day for the Suns' teenager, who not only took his first wicket in a BDCA first XI game when he removed Eaglehawk's Angus Chisholm, but finished the day with 3-2 off 4.4 overs, also adding the scalps of Anthony West and Aaron Monro.
