THE Bendigo Spirit's grueling return-to-play schedule continues on Tuesday night with a home game against Sydney Uni.
For the undermanned Spirit it will be their third WNBL game in five nights having played on Friday at home in a 77-67 loss against Townsville, before a 94-60 defeat to the Canberra Capitals in Canberra on Sunday afternoon.
Point guard Tessa Lavey has missed both matches due to health and safety protocols, while Maddie Garrick injured an ankle in the second quarter against Townsville and didn't play against Canberra.
Lavey will again be unavailable for the game against the Flames, while Garrick remains a "wait and see".
The Spirit (1-5) and Flames (0-5) enter Tuesday night's game filling the bottom two rungs on the ladder.
Tuesday night's game at the Bendigo Stadium tips off at 7pm.
