It is the first time CTC has performed live in almost two years.
During the pandemic, the company recorded a radio serial of Shakespeare's The Tempest.
The small groups will journey through the backstreets of Castlemaine, stopping in five secret locations where actors will perform five short scenes written by local playwrights and based on true events.
But far from being a history tour, Walk With Us - Untold Castlemaine aims to be a surprising and fun theatrical journey that examines what makes communities strong.
Themes of injustice, diversity, inclusion and compassion are explored in the scenes, with the overall atmosphere staying optimistic.
Walk With Us - Untold Castlemaine starts in front of The Market Building on January 21, 22, 23, 28, 29 and 30 from 7.30pm. Visit for trybooking.com/events/landing?eid=801009& for tickets.
