In pool one, the undefeated United hosts Sedgwick at Ewing Park, while Emu Creek has forfeited its match to Mandurang.
In pool two, West Bendigo is at home to California Gully at Ken Wust Oval, while Spring Gully is on home soil against Axe Creek.
Even if United loses to Sedgwick on Tuesday night, the Tigers have one of the two semi-final spots for pool one locked away.
Despite controversially losing the points when it defeated Marong, Sedgwick remains in control of its own destiny.

A win over United would be enough for the Rams to qualify for the semi-finals because the club will also get the points in the final round through a forfeit from Emu Creek.
If Sedgwick loses against United, the second semi-final berth in pool one will come down to the result of the Mandurang versus Marong clash in the last round.
In pool two, Spring Gully has cemented a semi-final berth ahead of its home game with bottom-placed Axe Creek on Tuesday night.
The other semi-final place will be determined by Tuesday night's West Bendigo-California Gully battle.
With all pool two teams having the bye in the final round, the winner of West Bendigo-California Gully will finish second in pool two and set up a likely semi-final date with United.
All of Tuesday night's matches are scheduled to start at 5.30pm.
