The under-17 girls lost to Gisborne to end their hopes of qualifying for Thursday's grand final.
Some great batting from Zoe Ross and Abby-Lee Scott was the highlight of the under-14 girls' morning T20 win over Gisborne 2.
Ross smashed 37 not out off 17 balls, including eight fours, and Scott made 24 off 31 balls as they turned what looked like a potentially tricky run chase of Gisborne's 5-106 into an impressive seven-wicket win.
In the afternoon, the BDCA posted 7-91 off 20 overs, with Stephanie Mayes top-scoring with 13.
The game went down to the wire, with Goulburn Murray requiring two runs to win off the final over.
The BDCA's best bowler Maddy Best (3-9) took a wicket off the first ball and then produced four-straight dot balls to set up a final delivery thriller.
Goulburn Murray's Elise Napier got bat on ball and scampered two runs to give Goulburn Murray a three-wicket win.
Three teams in the pool finished with a 2-1 record. The grand finalists for Thursday's play had not been announced when the Advertiser went to print.
Some solid batting from Dannielle Flood and Natalie Flood wasn't enough to get the BDCA under-17 girls over the line
Dannielle top-scored with 27 and Natalie chipped in with 19 in the BDCA's total of 91.
Gisborne's Caitlin Shaw made a well-compiled 53 not out in her side's reply of 0-93.
The BDCA's last game is against Shepparton at Dower Park on Wednesday.
A five-wicket haul from Mitchell Clark was the highlight of the BDCA's under-13A win over Shepparton 2.
Defending 8-150, Clark took 5-25 off six overs to help restrict Shepparton 2 to 132.
Lachlan McKay (2-4) and Tom Seipolt (2-19) grabbed a brace of wickets each.
Earlier in the day, Eamon Austin (36), McKay (30) and Seipolt (19) batted well to give the BDCA a competitive total.

The under-1B team's final pool game is against Shepparton at Wade Street on Wednesday.
In the under-14s at White Hills, BDCA opener Xavier Grant fell agonisingly short of a fine century against Murray Valley.
The right-hander made 96 off 106 balls before being caught at backward point.
His big knock was the catalyst for the BDCA posting an imposing 2-237 off 40 overs.
Byron Ritchie (42), Hugh Behrens (40 not out) and Taj Taylor (24 not out) also made valuable contributions with the willow.
Lachlan Magee had a day out with the ball as the BDCA ripped through the Murray Valley line-up for 45 in 17.3 overs.
Magee claimed 4-12 off four overs and at one stage claimed three wickets in four balls.
The BDCA under-14s have a 1-1 record and must defeat Goulburn Murray at White Hills on Wednesday to advance to Thursday's grand final.
The BDCA under-15s have a 2-0 record through two games and should make the grand final even if they lose to Murray Valley in Wednesday's game at Canterbury Park.
They opened their campaign under-lights on Monday night by defeating Sunraysia, thanks largely to Tobie Travaglia's fine 75 off 105 balls.
The bowlers set up Tuesday's win over Seymour at Kilmore.
Ollie Hannaford was the standout with the ball. The opening bowler finished with the brilliant figures of 4-5 off eight overs as the BDCA restricted Seymour to 88.
Travaglia (2-8) and Archer Billings (2-6) also bowled well for the BDCA.
Harvey White (36 not out), Jacob Austin (27) and Gus Hay (13 not out) took just 24 overs to see the BDCA home by nine wickets.
