The latest addition is Alex Wilson who comes to the Spirit with double championship experience - 2015 with Townsville and 2017 with Sydney.
Most recently the 25-year-old from Murray Bridge was in action with Adelaide in the 2020 season where she averaged 11.3 points per game.
Wilson said she was elated for the opportunity to play under coach Tracy York.
"I am super excited for the opportunity to join the Bendigo Spirit," she said.
"The team they have put together is an exciting group of girls and I can't wait to be a part of that atmosphere and the fast-paced style of game they play."
York said Wilson was the perfect fit for the 2021/22 team's on court style.
"We've had the opportunity to recruit another rostered spot player who can strengthen our team, and Alex is a player who complements our style really well," she said.
"I have watched her play in the NBL1 Central this season quite closely and see the poise, skill level and elite three-point shooting she possesses.
"We look forward to her joining us at the Spirit for the rest of the season."
The Spirit are 1-1 so far this season after scoring the club's first win in nearly two years last week.
Spirit defeated the Melbourne Boomers in a nail-biting five-point (63-58) triumph last Wednesday at the Bendigo Stadium.
In the season-opener on December 4 Spirit went down fighting in an 11-point loss to reigning champions Southside Flyers.
The Spirit return to the court this Sunday for another home match against the Melbourne Boomers.
