The Bendigo basketballer top-scored with a mammoth 23 points, collected nine rebounds, made six assists and took four steals in Ignite's narrow three-point loss to Salt Lake City.
Ignite controlled the scoreboard during the first half of the game by outscoring their opponents at each quarter.
However, a refreshed Salt Lake City came out firing in the third quarter to outscore Ignite and take a three-point lead into the final term.
Both teams put up 24 points in the final quarter to leave Salt Lake City with the 95-92 victory.
So far this season Daniels is averaging 10.6 points, 5.1 rebounds and 3.9 assists per game.
Ignite and Salt Lake City will return to the court for another match on Wednesday (AEDT)
