Winds of between two to 15 knots greeted sailors on Lake Eppalock.
In division one, series leader Mann started the race strongly with Michael Anthony close in pursuit.
Mann continued his solid pace to the first mark knowing that Anthony was still close behind.
As the race continued spots were cemented, allowing Mann to maintain his lead and take first place.
In division two, winds were strong and varied throughout the race in both strength and direction across the lake.
Due to do the conditions, a handful of boats were late for the start, which allowed Russell Denholm and Chris Clarke a solid start.
Making their way to the first mark the leaders found they were running out wind, which allowed the rest of fleet to catch up and continue a close race.
Clarke maintained speed and kept his top position for the remainder of the race, closely followed by Denholm in second and Matt Farrington in third.
The rest of fleet finished within five minutes of the leading boats.
Results
Division one: Philip Mann (1st); Michael Anthony (2nd).
Division two: Russell Denholm (1st); Matt Farrington and John Maher (2nd); Chris and Toby Clarke (3rd).
