UNION STREET BLUES CLUB
The Union Street Blues Club will be hosting another great concert this weekend.
This event will have free entry as a thank you to supporters.
Starting at 1pm, this event will feature five bands.

IMPRINT
Imprint sees a selection of local artists come together to exhibit prints of their original artwork.
The exhibition is aimed at helping artists re-connect with Bendigo locals and visitors alike after COVID-19 cancellation.
This exhibition features a large, diverse range of art styles.

40TH ANNIVERSARY GALA
The Bendigo Symphony Orchestra is celebrating their 40th Anniversary.
This concert features conductor Luke Severn, pianist Elayne Laussade, soprano Merlyn Quaife and composer Cally Bartlett.
Purchase tickets here. Adults $45, concession $35 (under 12 $5), students $20.
All visitors to the theatre must be fully vaccinated (or have a valid medical exemption).

HISTORICAL EXHIBITION
This 40th Anniversary of the first exhibition held at 'The Bricky' (Castlemaine Brickworks Gallery) showcases 20 artists selected from Castlemaine Artists Co-Op Inc.
Artists featured include Michael-Francis Cartwright, Paul Cavell, Graeme Dawes, Juliana Hilton, Ann Langdon, Bruno Leepin and many more.
There will be paintings, photographs, sculptures and more.

CURATOR TALK
Join Bendigo Art Gallery curator Clare Needham for a talk about the Arthur Guy Memorial Painting Prize exhibition.
This talk will take you on a journey of contemporary Australian painting.

ARTPUFF
Celebrate art and life with Artpuff, a new creative space at The Mill in Castlemaine.
Artpuff is run by artists Kir Larwill and Melissa Proposch and showcases some of the most inspiring regional artists, with workshops for locals and visitors.
Artpuff's current exhibition shares the work of Kim Barter with the exhibition titled: Tickled Pink.
The exhibition is based around Kim Barter's profound connection with the landscape around her.
There is also two workshops for those who are seeking to make space for art available.

COMMUNITY RIDE
Join in with Bike Bendigo for their December Community Ride to Whipstick Forest.
After meeting at the Picnic Pavillion of the Bendigo Botanic Gardens, the group will make their way to the Whipstick before returning to the gardens to finish.

PARKOUR AND FREERUNNING COMPETITION
Head along to the Dai Gum San precinct to see some of Victoria's best parkour and freerunning athletes show off their abilities.
This friendly competition will show technical skills in a limited number of attempts.
A parkour obstacle course will be available for all to try before the style competition.
This is a free event run by Walk the Walls in collaboration with the City of Greater Bendigo Council.

DOG SHOW
The Bendigo and Eaglehawk Kennel Clubs are hosting their dog show in conjunction with the Castlemaine and District Kennel Club this weekend.
The event will showcase purebred pooches.
All championship winners will receive a prize and sash for show and group awards.
Where: Prince of Wales Showgrounds, Holmes Road, Bendigo.
When: Saturday, December 11, from 9am.
GROW GROUPS
GROW has offered weekly peer support groups for mental wellbeing for over 60 years.
With a unique program formed from lived experience of many people, these groups help reduce isolation, offer hope, build contribution and leadership and much more.

COME AND TRY CROQUET
Come and try a day of croquet at the Golden Square Croquet Club.
The sport is suitable for people of all ages and is a way to get healthy while having fun.
This event is free with no obligations.
All equipment is provided, just wear flat shoes.

FESTIVALS AND FAIRS
GATHER HARCOURT
Gather with the Harcourt community and enjoy live music, food, wine, cider and beer for this inaugural event.
There will be performances by Mandy Connell, Peter Chaffey and Blue Lucas.
There will also be food and market stalls such as Duang Tentrirat, Icecream Social, Geeza & Co, Long Paddock Cheese, Vegan Food Heaven, Goodness Flour, Castlemaine Seedlings, Mt Alexander Winery, Oakwood Meats, Made in Yandoit and many more.

SUMMER OF CELLAR DOORS
Summer of Cellar Doors is back on in 2021 with another line-up of events that will keep people coming back to Heathcote right across the summer months.
Wineries within the region will be celebrating old and new releases, hosting guest chefs and producers.
There will be food and wine pairing experiences, new cellar doors and lots of live music.
More than 10 wineries are joining in the fun, with something for every wine lover to enjoy.

LILLIAN ALBAZI
Renowned Australian jazz vocalist Lillian Albazi and her acclaimed band are releasing their debut album.
After making her headliner debut at the Melbourne International Jazz Festival in 2016, Lillian has graced the stages of many festivals and venues around Australia.
Lillian Albazi and her band renew the familiar on After-Image with complex takes on classic and contemporary standards.
Recorded over two days at Rolling Stock Recording Rooms by Myles Mumford and mastered by Adam Dempsey, After-Image is a reflection of Lillian's musical beginnings.

GIRGARRE MOOSIC MUSTER
The Girgarre Moosic Muster is back better than ever in 2022.
This event will feature a wonderful weekend of musica, interactive activities, concerts and community friendship.
There will be multiple performances, open mics, markets and other popular attractions.
This will be a ticketed event and all attendees must be fully vaccinated with proof.

CHAMBER MUSIC FESTIVAL
Planning your next festival? Look no further than the Bendigo Chamber Music Festival.
This event will feature 15 concerts across five days with budding superstars such as Chloe Lankshear, Grace Clifford and Charlotte Miles performing.
There will also be David Elton, Sulki Yu, Amir Farid, Donald Nicholson and Stephen King making their first appearances at the festival.
The festival boasts a varied repertoire throughout the week and will continue the tradition of the Community Concert at the Bendigo Town Hall, along with the Bendigo Chamber Choir.
