The Goers looked in deep trouble at 7-80 in the 16th over, chasing Huntly-North Epsom's total of 8-116.
Rosos, fresh from a century at second XI level last Saturday, and Pearce didn't panic.
They came together with 26 balls remaining and through their partnership there was only one dot ball.
They used the open spaces of the QEO to work the ball and find the gaps.
The 18th over of the innings proved to be match-defining.
Rosos and Pearce took 16 runs off the Pathum De Mel De Mel over to cut the equation from 24 off 18 balls to a manageable eight off 12 balls.
Pearce and Rosos scored six runs off Adam Ward's final over of the match - the 19th over - before clinching victory with four balls to spare.
Rosos finished 33 not out off 30 balls, while Pearce added 13 off 10 balls.
Power skipper elliott Massina (2-19) and medium-pacer Brett Elvey (2-23) took two wickets each, while marquee player Sam Sperling (1-13) bowled tightly.
Earlier in the night, the Power struggled to get any momentum with the bat.
Their highest partnership for the innings was 23 and they weren't helped by a couple of run outs, particularly the loss of key strokemaker Ward for three.
Youngster Josh Simpson top-scored with 27 and Sperling chipped in late with 21.
Bendigo skipper Nathan Fitzpatrick (2-15) was best with the ball for the Goers.
Three games will be played next week in round two action.
On Wednesday night, Eaglehawk hosts Strathfieldsaye at Canterbury Park and Sandhurst tackles Strathdale-Maristians at the QEO.
On Thursday night, Bendigo and Bendigo United meet at the QEO.
