The first event in a planned series of pop-up music festivals will launch in Bendigo on New Year's Day.
The Bendigo Summer Series will showcase a number of local and internationally renowned DJs and producers in an effort to transform Bendigo hotel The Deck into a hub of music music and art installations.
Jordan Brando, Luke Alessi and Nina Las Vegas, who has performed at Coachella are among the major DJ artists set to feature in the Bendigo event.
Bendigo DJ and producer Mason Flint is on the line-up along with Jemima Lewis, Josh Opie, Inspector Norse, Jordan Rosengren, Jotham and Just Max.
Visual artists Itch, Raven and The Rose and Toggles will have artistic input into the event which is presented by Heavenly Minded
Heavenly Minded co-founder Jay Pegg will have a hand in the event. Pegg is recognised as as one of the founding members of Melbourne's street art community which established Melbourne CBD's Hosier Lane.
