Bendigo-based Ayuen Kuol Bol said Duniya Behter is a great opportunity to showcase people that have amazing skills.
"(These people) haven't necessarily had the platform or the resources to express their creativity and profit from their creativity," she said. "I appreciate that it is helping me and other women prepare to market our creations and benefit from them, both financially and in being seen and heard."
Duniya Behter has helped eight women in each town to explore small business development, administration, social media and marketing.
Each participant also received $5000 in start-up funding to help grow an online presence and marketing strategy for their microbusiness.
The December 17 launch at the Beehive Market will follow the December 10 market at the Cultural Exchange Beehive Building in central Bendigo.
The markets will feature a range of different market stalls and live performances
MAV chief executive Veronica Pardo said she is excited for the possibilities the microbusinesses hold for the individuals and the broader creative sector of regional Victoria.
"These businesses represent an exciting way forward for creative enterprise in regional Victoria," she said.
"Duniya Behter embraces the existing creative and entrepreneurial skills of these incredible women and provides an opportunity for them to translate these to self-sustaining digital businesses.
"Not only is this important for ensuring a community-led COVID-19 recovery, but to strengthening a digitally-engaged workforce of regional creatives necessary to support a thriving, diverse creative sector for years to come."
The Beehive Market is on December 10 and 17 from 11am to 3pm at the Cultural Exchange Beehive Bendigo, 24-26 Pall Mall.
