The last remaining unbeaten team, Eaglehawk, had its bubble burst by Strathfieldsaye on Saturday.
At the other end of the scale, Huntly-North Epsom and Kangaroo Flat remain winless after suffering their fourth-straight losses on Saturday.
KANGAROO FLAT v SANDHURST
Kangaroo Flat's horror start to the season continued when the Roos lost to Sandhurst by seven wickets at Dower Park.
The result saw the Roos slip to 0-4 - the club's worst start to a season since 2013-14.
To make matters worse, siblings Jake and Dylan Klemm both missed the match with back injuries.
"We're hoping Jake won't be out for long,'' captain-coach Adam Burns said.
"He's booked in this week to get it checked out. He dropped back to the second XI today just to basically coach the team.
"It's frustrating because there's a few of us carrying injuries and niggles.
"Hopefully, we can turn things around. We've had five-over blocks not go our way or a couple of edges just fall short.
"It's just one of those starts. Other years you win the close ones and you start 4-0.
"Hopefully, we get the first win next week and then go on with it."
To rub salt into Kangaroo Flat's wounds, it was former Roo, Dylan Gibson, who led the Dragons to victory.
Gibson's great run with the bat continued as he made an unbeaten 69 off 93 balls to see Sandhurst home after the Dragons were set 180 to win.
He added 88 for the third wicket with impressive youngster Jasper Langley (37) and then an unbroken 31 with Ash Gray (26 not out off 16 balls).
Kangaroo Flat's total of 8-179 was built by Burns (46 off 71 balls) and opener Daniel Barber (42 off 60 balls).
The Roos made a good start to be 2-98, but they lost 3-1 in the middle of the innings and that put paid to any hopes of a score of 200-plus.
The bowlers who put the clamps on the Roos were spin twins Nathan Walsh and Ben Evans.
Walsh was miserly, conceding just 21 runs off his nine overs and he picked up a wicket, while Evans picked up 4-33.
STRATHDALE-MARISTIANS v HUNTLY-NORTH EPSOM
Strathdale dodged a bullet against a plucky Huntly-North Epsom side.
The winless Power weren't given much hope of eclipsing the Suns, but they gave the reigning premiers a mighty scare.
Chasing 224 for victory, the Power kept the scoreboard ticking over nicely and even an injury to number three batter Danushka Wijemanna, who was forced to retire hurt in the 12th over, didn't stop their momentum.
At 1-90 after 17 overs they'd set a great foundation and they just needed Ryan Grundy and/or Adam Ward to go on with it and post a big score.
In the next over, Grundy fell to Suns' skipper Cam Taylor for 53 off as many balls.
Ward fell a short time later for 21 and the Power looked cooked.
The returning Wijemanna had other ideas.
Batting with the aid of Ward as a runner, Wijemanna went on the attack and he combined with skipper Elliott Massina to give the Power a sniff of victory.

They'd added 52 for the fifth wicket to make the required run rate quite achievable, but Massina needlessly holed out on the boundary off Taylor for 39.
That exposed the tail and the Suns pounced. Sam Johnston (2-37) was hard to score off and Taylor (4-30) bowled smartly.
The leggie picked up the crucial wicket of Wijemanna (39), who was well caught by Jack Neylon at deep mid-wicket.
Taylor will be on a hat-trick when he bowls his first ball next Saturday against Bendigo at Atkins Street.
Earlier in the day, Suns' opener Daniel Clohesy collected his third-straight half-century when he top scored with 53 in the Strathdale score of 223.
Clohesy wasn't as fluent as he had been the previous two weeks when he made 95 and 91, but it wasn important knock.
Youngster James Barri showed his class with 43 off 38 balls and Grant Waldron chipped in with 35 off 49 balls - his third score in the 30s for the season.
Massina bowled at the death for the Power and had the best figures of 4-28.
STRATHFIELDSAYE v EAGLEHAWK
For the second week in a row, Strathfieldsaye defeated the BDCA's top-of-the-table team.
After knocking off Strathdale-Maristians by one run last Saturday, the Jets became the first team this season to defeat Eaglehawk when they scored a 22-run win at Tannery Lane.
The Jets won the toss and posted a score of 9-158 - not a huge total, but a score that will be mighty hard for anyone to run down at Strathfieldsaye.
Once again it was aggressive opener Tim Wood who gave the innings some impetus.
He made 46 off 53 balls and added 70 for the first wicket with Abe Sheahan (28 off 93 balls).
The introduction of leg-spinner Russell Stockdale tightened the game.
He took 3-26 off his nine overs as the Jets had two mini-collapses of 3-14 and 3-21 through the middle of the innings.
Pat Flemingham played a crucial role for the Jets. He made 32 off 43 balls to ensure the scoreboard kept ticking over.
At first the Jets were probably disappointed they didn't take advantage of their good start with the bat, but that score of 158 looked much bigger when the Hawks slipped to 3-33 early in their innings.
With the required run rate increasing and wickets falling around him, Nash Viney (36 off 35 balls) gave the Hawks a spark and he added 41 for the eighth wicket with Aaron Monro (23).
Having few wickets in the shed was always going to be a problem and when Viney fell the Hawks' day was done.
Spinner Savith Priyan backed up his five-wicket haul last Saturday with 4-20 off 8.1 overs this round.
Darcy Hunter was expensive, but did collect three wickets, while skipper Ben Dveanny only conceded 13 runs from his nine overs.
BENDIGO UNITED v GOLDEN SQUARE
Bendigo United bounced back from its first loss of the season to score a comfortable 53-run win over Golden Square at Harry Trott Oval.
The victory lifted the Redbacks to a 3-1 record and consolidated their position inside the top four.
Bendigo United's total of 6-182 was set up by openers Clayton Holmes and Tom Starr.
Their opening stand of 107 continued their bright start to the summer. In four games they're averaging a tick under 60 for the opening wicket.
After a slow start by his standards of two off 16 balls, Holmes launched four sixes and hit two boundaries in his score of 62 off 72 balls, while Starr made a patient 54 off 106 balls before he was run out by Jake Higgins.
Even when Holmes was dismissed in the 26th over, the Redbacks looked set to post a score of 200-plus.
However, Square's bowlers dug in and dragged their side back into the game.
Scott Trollope (2-35) removed Riley Treloar and Zane Keighran cheaply and spinners Liam Smith (0-26 off nine) and Higgins (1-30) bowled tightly.
Chasing 183 for victory the Bulldogs had every reason to think they were in the game, but that mood quickly changed.
Redbacks' new-ball pair Holmes (2-12) and Miggy Podosky (1-21) removed Square's top three inside the first six overs and the game was basically done and dusted from there.
Trollope top-scored with 21 as the Bulldogs fell to 7-64 at one stage before some lusty hitting from the tailenders saw the visitors reach 129 all out.
Teenager Xavier Austin continued his brilliant year with the ball for the Redbacks.
The off-spinner took 2-11 off his nine overs. In his three first XI games this season he has combined figures of 27 overs, five maidens, 5-49.
An outstanding economy rate for a finger spinner in one-day cricket.

BENDIGO v WHITE HILLS
The Goers scored their second win of the season after taking care of business against an understrength White Hills side.
The Demons were missing nine first choice players because of a wedding and Bendigo took full advantage.
Chasing 146 for victory, Bendigo openers Bailey George and Xavier Ryan bolstered their averages by making 66 not out and 64 not out respectively as Bendigo won with 24 overs to spare.
It was George's third first XI half-century, while it was Ryan's second first XI half-century and his best score in two years.
While they weren't competitive with the ball, the inexperienced Demons showed some ticker with the bat.
After opening stands of 0, 0 and 6 in the first three games, fill-in openers Jack Bourke (19) and Darcy Irwin (7) put on 35 for the first wicket.
Stand-in skipper Nick Wallace was the backbone of the White Hills' innings.
Wallace hit five boundaries on his way to 45 not out off 88 deliveries to guide his side to 8-145 off 45 overs.
However, a blow to the shoulder from a short ball meant Wallace was unable to bowl in Bendigo's innings.
Paceman Matt Gray was the pick of the Bendigo bowlers, taking 2-16 off seven overs.
