Featuring a facade spruiking Bushells Coffee, the building was built in the 1860s and includes a leased store as well as private residence.
Jellis Craig Real Estate senior sales consultant Leah Panos said the property went on the market just over two weeks ago and the current owners had put a lot of work into the residence.

"It was last sold about six years ago and the current owners have done an exceptional amount of work," she said.
"The shop is tenanted with a teddy bear shop for about another 12 months and the residence was being used for accommodation but it could be owner-occupied.
"There are lots of options. A new owner could use the shop and the residence or just be a weekender property that enjoys the income from the shop."
The two-bedroom residence and accompanying shop have an asking price of $1.2 million.
The building was originally part of the Warnock's Beehive Store but has since had a number of reincarnations over the years.
Ms Panos said there was a number of exciting features in the property.
"There is a real warehouse vibe going on in there with exposed copper plumbing," she said. "The sign inside (the living room) has been reproduced but the frontage is original.
"Original windows in the shop advertise Bushells Coffee and Lan-Choo Tea."
In the past two years, Ms Panos said she had seen a number of metropolitan residents opt for a tree change.
"We have been inundated with people wanting to do that lifestyle change," she said.
"It has been very popular and sees two types of buyers - the ones who want something smack-bang in the middle of town or those who want a few acres further out.
"This applies to the first type of buyers who want everything at their fingertips."
