The five-year-old mare - as she did six days earlier at Bendigo's Lord's Raceway - blitzed her rivals at Mildura's City Oval Paceway in the NR up to 51 pace.
Back-to-back wins gave the daughter of Just Turf and the mare Phantom Stacey a record of three starts for two wins and a second this season.
All three of those runs have all come since her switch to Ashwood from New South Wales trainer Bayley Duck.
Malinjang has boosted her career record to two wins and three placings from 16 starts for earnings of $12,263.
A total of $8430 of her earnings have been won this year.
Malinjang, the $1.35 favourite, was driven aggressively by Ashwood, who was quick to find the front on the mare, and from there her win was rarely in doubt.
She was able to pull clear at the 400m before stamping her authority to score a brilliant 28.3m win, bettering the 24.4m margin over her nearest rival at Bendigo last week.
It was Ashwood's eighth training win this season and fifth in the sulky.
The stable will have four runners at Cranbourne on Friday night, including Simon, Rockntommy Rulz, Mister Rebel and another stable newcomer Loyola Golf, who will be chasing back-to-back wins of his own.
