Two patients involved in the two-car crash at Kyneton have been taken to Royal Melbourne Hospital.
The male and a female, both in their 70s, are both in stable conditions after suffering upper body injuries.
A third patient - a female teenager - has been taken to Bendigo Health in a serious but stable condition with upper and lower body injuries.

Emergency services have rescued a person who was trapped in a car after a crash in Kyneton.
CFA, SES, Victoria Police and Ambulance Victoria paramedics were called to the two-vehicle crash on Victoria Street at 3.25pm.
An SES spokesperson confirmed a person was rescued from a car at 4.21pm. That person is now in the care of paramedics.

An Ambulance Victoria spokesperson said paramedics were assessing three patients at the scene including the person who was trapped.
All patients are understood to be in a stable condition. Paramedics have not yet transported anyone to hospital.
CFA units from Kyneton and Carlsruhe attended the incident along with an SES unit from Castlemaine. No one has been taken to hospital yet.
