The tournament is the first Asian Tour event in almost 20 months due to the tour going into hibernation during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Martin heads back to Asia after claiming his first professional victory earlier this year at TPS Sydney where he equalled a world record, fired a career-low round with four eagles to win the tournament.
He sits in 68th position on the Asian Tour Order of Merit and tees up at 3.45PM AEDT on Thursday in round one alongside Pawin Ingkhapradit and Viraj Madappa.
Fellow Australians in the field include David Gleeson, Jake Higginbottom, Ben Campbell, Scott Hend, Ben Eccles, Will Heffernan, Cory Crawford, Travis Smyth, Sam Braze, Josh Younger and OOM leader Wade Ormsby.
Asian Tour chief commissioner Cho Minn Thant thanked players for their patience during the past 20 months.
"This week will help us to finally begin the process of completing our season following the most difficult period in our history but more importantly it will mark the beginning of a whole new exciting journey," he said.
"It's no surprise that both events in Phuket have attracted a full quota of our best players all raring to go and all eyeing a top-30 finish on the final Order of Merit to secure passage to the Saudi International.
"The schedule that we will provide now and moving forward is just reward for our members' understanding, patience and support during the pandemic."
Martin is also entered to play a second event in Thailand, the Laguna Phuket Championship from December 2-5.
