After winning the toss and batting, Bridgewater opener Tom McKinley batted through the innings and scored an unbeaten 73 - more than half of his team's score of 5-140 off 35 overs.
Boort-Yando opening bowler Jarrod Hodoras produced an excellent spell of 2-7 off seven overs.
In reply, Boort-Yando gave itself a chance of reeling in the total when it moved to 3-107.
However, in-form batters Fergus Bear (43) and Alex Cockerall (28) fell in the space of two runs to give the momentum back to Bridgewater.
The Boort-Yando lower order tried hard against some tight Bridgewater bowling, but the visitors held on to win by three runs.
Kevin Bloom (3-30), Harry McKinley (2-23) and Darcy Wood (2-28) bowled well for Bridgewater.
Arnold scored a 92-run win over Wedderburn Band.
Cameron Dale made 70 not out to lead Arnold to an imposing total of 5-160 off 35 overs. He added an unbeaten stand of 54 for the sixth wicket with Jack McHale (26 not out).
Adam Postle (4-23) was clearly the best bowler for Wedderburn.
Arnold bowlers Ben Power (4-21) and McHale (2-8) put the game away with fine opening spells.
Daniel Mason (2-20) grabbed a couple of wickets as Wedderburn was dismissed for 68.
