GREATER BENDIGO has recorded just two COVID-19 cases overnight.
That included one case in the city centre's 3550 postcode and one in Kangaroo Flat's 3555.
The municipality's total active cases has dropped to 161, according to the Department of Health data.
Elsewhere in the region, the Campaspe Shire recorded another three cases, as did the Macedon Ranges.
There was one new case in the Buloke Shire and zero new cases were recorded in the Mount Alexander, Loddon Shire, Central Goldfields and Gannawarra.

Victoria has recorded another 996 new cases of COVID-19, and sadly another nine deaths of people with the virus.
About 6,692 vaccine doses were recorded by Victoria's state-commissioned services on Tuesday, taking the total number of doses administered through state-run services to 4,785,693.
Hopes are growing that the state could be released from more of the restrictions that remain in place as vaccination rates continue to climb.
Bendigo yesterday recorded 11 new cases of COVID-19.
93.5 per cent of Victorians aged 16 and over have now had at least one dose of a COVID-19 vaccine and 88.2 per cent have had two doses. 93.1 per cent of Victorians aged 12 and over have now had at least one dose of a COVID-19 vaccine and 87.4 per cent have had two doses.
This excludes the most recent Commonwealth data.
There were 357 COVID-19 cases in hospital in Victoria yesterday. 58 active cases and 65 cleared cases were in intensive care, with 35 cases on a ventilator.
