Claude Critchley, 65, appeared in the Bendigo Magistrates' Court this week where he pleaded guilty to charges including breaching an intervention order.
The police prosecutor began reading the summary of an offence from February 22 this year when Mr Critchley yelled out "objection".
The 65-year-old started to approach Magistrate Sharon McRae, telling her the offending did not happen.
Ms McRae told Mr Critchley if he was pleading guilty, then he needed to return to his seat so they could continue the plea hearing.
The 65-year-old moved back to the seat behind his lawyer but again yelled out to the magistrate, saying he would plead guilty and get a $700 fine.
Ms McRae informed the offender that she would decide on the penalty once the hearing concluded.
Mr Critchley continued to yell out, saying the police summary about a breach of an intervention order was a "load of crap".
The magistrate ordered the 65-year-old to leave the courtroom so he could calm down and Mr Critchley was escorted out by a security officer.
Ms McRae gave Mr Critchley the opportunity to return to court later in the day to continue the hearing.
The 65-year-old was unable to return so the case was adjourned to next week.
