Grace Edlin polled as the team's top player after a strong season in the Central Victoria Football League Women's competition, while Charlotte came in a close second.
Hawks' senior women's coach Geoff West said both players brought unique contributions to the team.
"They are both dynamic yet different players who see a lot of the ball and are rewarded by their hard efforts on the ground," West said.
"They always have their head over the ball."
West said Grace was a worthy recipient of the best and fairest medal.
"She shows strength with hard running and has the capability to win most 50-50 contests," he said.
"That's then paired with a hard physical presence across the ground with top skills."
Other awards at the club's annual ceremony included Anya Cardilini being named as the recipient of the coach's award.
"Anya came to the club as a first-year player in 2020 cancelled season, but during 2021 she embraced the team and really worked hard on developing her own game," West said.
"Not only did she work on her skills, but also focused on improving her physical health and everything else required to be a football player.
"As a new player if asked to do something, she would do it to the best of her capability and would seek feedback.
"It was a pleasure for her to be a part of the team."
Ebony Whiley took out the leading goalkicker award with 22 from 11 matches.
"Ebony is extremely handy within the forward 50 and always gives her best effort."
Other award recipients include Eillish Cumming (Most Courageous), Kirstin Shaw (Best Utility) and Grace Murley (Rising Star).
Four of the Hawk's players - Lily den Houting, Cumming, Grace Edlin and Charlotte Edlin - were also recognised in the league's High St X-Ray Team of the Year.
After finishing the interruption-marred season in equal second position on the ladder alongside Bendigo Thunder, West's enthusiasm to get back-to-business in 2022 couldn't be higher.
As it stands Bendigo, Castlemaine, Eaglehawk, Golden Square, Kangaroo Flat, Kerang, Kyneton, North Bendigo and Strathfieldsaye will make up the 2022 CVFLW season.
Since its inaugural season in 2018, the league continues to grow each year.
In year one there were fives teams, with nine teams now ready to compete in 2022.
