There were 10,778 vaccinations administered and the number of people who have had both jabs sits at 4,726,227.
In the last 24 hours, over 71,000 people were tested for the virus.
These numbers come as another Bendigo business closed its doors after being exposed to COVID-19 this week.
Staff from the Axedale General Store took to social media to confirm a COVID-19 positive case attended the business on November 9 at 8.50am.
"We have notified the people in the store at the time of contact and closed for the day to deep clean and taking all the precautionary measures we need to, to make the community and ourselves are safe," the post said.
"We have been in contact with the Health Department and following all directions from them.
"We will reopen as normal Wednesday, November 10 at 6am."
Bendigo Health has introduced a new system to tell people roughly how long waits for COVID-19 are.
A spokesperson said the new webpage would tell patrons how busy their sites are in real time.
"We have introduced a new traffic light system on our website to advise of wait times for both our COVID -19 testing clinics," they said.
"Wait times will be updated throughout the day.
"As cases gradually increase in our region we encourage anyone with symptoms to get tested."
Testing sites in Bendigo are located at the Bendigo Show Grounds and McLaren Street and are open from 10am until 5.30pm daily.
