GREATER Bendigo recorded another 17 COVID-19 cases on Saturday, newly released figures show.
The area's outbreak has remained largely stabled throughout the weekend.
Total numbers of active cases dropped to 207 in the Greater Bendigo area, the Department of Health says.
Of the new cases, four were recorded in central Bendigo's 3550 postcode area.
Another six were found in Kangaroo Flat's 3555 postcode, one in Marong's 3515 and three Eaglehawk's 3556.
Four cases were found in the regional 3551 postcode.
Elsewhere in the region, the Macedon Ranges shire had four cases, Mount Alexander two and Central Goldfields four.
North of Bendigo, the Campaspe Shire had eight new cases and Loddon one.
Earlier
VICTORIA recorded 1173 new COVID-19 cases and nine deaths on Saturday.
Ninety-six people are currently in intensive care units and 63 are on ventilators.
There were 13,913 vaccinations administered in Victoria.
About 83 per cent of Victorians over the age of 12 are fully vaccinated.
In the last 24 hours, 56,649 test results have been received by Victorians.
Paramedics continue to prepare services to take some of the pressure off of those responding to life-threatening cases.
Ambulance Victoria say the triage services will help as surges in COVID-19 numbers appear through the end of this year and early into the next.
Nationally, more than 80 per cent of Australians over 16-years-old are now fully vaccinated.
