Greater Bendigo recorded 11 new cases of COVID-19 overnight, taking the region's total to 246.
The Macedon Ranges recorded 10 new cases, the Campaspe Shire recorded another five and the Mount Alexander Shire recorded one new case.
No new cases were recorded in the Loddon or Gannawarra Shire.
About 92.6 per cent of Victorians aged 16 and over have now had at least one dose of a COVID-19 vaccine and 81 per cent have had two doses.
There are 699 COVID-19 cases in hospital in Victoria. 136 of those cases are in intensive care, with 86 cases on a ventilator.
The 10 Local Government Areas with the highest number of new cases are Casey, Wyndham, Greater Dandenong, Melton, Hume, Brimbank, Greater Shepparton, Whittlesea, Wodonga and Latrobe.
Greater Shepparton recorded 42 new cases of COVID-19.

ANOTHER 1,471 people have been added to the list of those diagnosed with COVID-19 in Victoria.
Sadly, there were four more deaths.
There were 13 cases recorded in the Greater Bendigo region yesterday.
There were 14,413 vaccinations administered in Victoria on Sunday. In total 4,610c,270 COVID-19 vaccinations administered in Victoria.
About 81 per cent of Victorians over the age of 16 are fully vaccinated.
In the last 24 hours, 46,000 test results have been received by Victorians.
The numbers come as a number of central Victorian schools close after members of the community contracted coronavirus.
The state will hit a new milestone today with its first batch of quarantine-free international travellers since the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic due to land.
Fully vaccinated international arrivals touching down in the state from Monday will no longer have to undergo 14 days in hotel or home quarantine.
Passengers don't have to isolate if they are inoculated with an approved vaccine, provide a negative COVID-19 test within the 72 hours of departure and another 24 hours after arrival.
Children aged under 12 arriving with fully vaccinated parents, and people with a valid medical exemption will also not be required to quarantine.
